Waterfowl Hunts

Waterfowl Hunts

If you are a duck and goose hunter, or would like to take up shot gunning for waterfowl, you should reserve a hunt in SW Montana with Bill Kemph.  Bill has exclusive shooting on several very large ranches in the Beaverhead Valley between Dillon and Twin Bridges, Montana.  The waterfowl hunting in this valley is considered to be some of the finest in the entire country!

Bill has a crew of guides who live and die waterfowl hunting. When they are sitting in the blind calling in a flight of wild Mallards, they become ducks! The Labrador Retrievers used by the guides are very special to watch. The numbers of ducks and geese in the Beaverhead Valley most of the fall and early winter will provide you plenty of shooting. The hitting is up to you!

Healing Waters Lodge will be your headquarters for the Kemph Waterfowl hunts.  You will begin your day with a hearty breakfast.  Lunch is provided either in the field or at the lodge between shoots.  At the end of your day you can relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine and then enjoy one of Janet Lilly’s sumptuous dinners.

The waterfowl season in Montana is a long one. You can arrange a hunt any time between September and January.
